Getting Started

Our mission is to help you be more productive. We want to help you focus on what's really important: Making music that you love and that resonates with your audience. To do so, we provide two core building blocks: projects and ideas.

Projects

When you open up the Cosonify website, the first thing you see is the projects overview. Projects are like folders that store your work on a song or other musical project. These can be shared with collaborators or be used by one person and they provide many features like task management, file sharing and storage and - most importantly - a creative workspace.

Projects are where you go to work on your music, when you have the time and creativity to focus on a specific facet or topic or when you want to check out work others have done on the project. From the first creative idea, shared by a friend to the last feedback on the last pre-release version of the song, you find it here.

Ideas

Ideas are what we think when we're not trying to. They are what comes to us when we don't ask for it. As such, we cannot control when, where and how they reach us. This spontaneous and chaotic nature makes it difficult for many musicians to hold onto all their ideas and many are lost in the noise of the morning commute, a chaotic studio session or a nightly, off-the-record improvisation session.

Here at Cosonify we want to help you make the most of your ideas. To do so, we have built a daily companion, the Cosonify Mindpool. The Mindpool is a mobile app for Android and iOS that you can take with you wherever you can bring your phone. It offers audio recording, taking pictures and writing text all in one place and your ideas are stored in the Cosonify Cloud to ensure you never lose your ideas.

To help you find what you're looking for, we offer tagging and search for your ideas and all interactions are optimized for the daily needs of musicians. Once you've recorded an idea, it's also available on the website so you can contribute your ideas in the creative spaces provided by projects.

Pricing

We aim to make Cosonify as affordable as possible and have the mission to also provide the core functionality for free. The mobile app can be used completely free of charge and has no pay-walled features. On the website you can use only a limited number of projects for free but within those projects only very few features require a premium subscription. The premium subscription is our offering for musicians who want to take their productivity and efficiency to the next level and make the most our product offering. Cosonify Pro is a premium montly subscription that can be canceled on a per-month basis.

Community

Cosonify is dedicated to building a helpful, open and positive community of creators. The center of this community is our rapidly growing Discord Server where you can contact the developers as well as other creators. We encourage open exchange and invite you to join us there.
