Create an account

To create a new account, you have two main options. You can either use your Facebook, Google or Apple Account to create your account (which we will refer to as Social Sign-In) or alternatively use Email and Password.

If you have used one method (for example Social Sign-In with Google) and then use the same email address to create an account with email and password, those two accounts will be merged. That means that from now on, you will be able to use both methods to log in to the same account. This also means that it is not possible to have multiple accounts for the same email address.

If you choose to use Social Sign-In, we will use the email of that social account as your account email address.

You can create a Cosonify account on the website or in the mobile app and then use it across all your devices. To create an account, simply open this website: Cosonify Signup.

Login

To login, you have the same options we listed before. You can either use a social provider or email and password. To log in, navigate to this website: Cosonify Login.

Upgrade an account

Cosonify offers a range of features for free to allow you to learn about our products before making a purchase decision as well as to support artists who are just starting out and want to explore new ways of working and collaborating.

Once you reach the limit of the free functionality, however, we offer the option of upgrading your experience to Cosonify Pro - our full range of features. We provide option as a monthly subscription with various payment options that are provided locally for you by our payment processor - Stripe. As a consequence, we offer different in every country and try to provide an optiomal experience based on what is widely used in each region.

The subscription is billed every month, giving you the option to cancel at any time. Once you have cancelled your subscription, we will still provide you with premium features if there is time left in the month you last paid for and then reset your status to that of a free user once the month has ended.

To upgrade your account to pro, open the settings view and navigate to your Subscription Settings. Your subscription takes effect immediatly after your purchase.

Reset Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by navigating to the login page, clicking "Forgot your password?", and providing your email address. We will send you an email with a code that you can use to recover your password.

Delete an account

To delete your account, navigate to your account settings page and click "Delete Account".

DANGER

This will delete your mindpool items and your profile. It will not delete all your contributions to project. Instead, it will show you as a deleted user in those projects.
