Using the Cosonify Mindpool App

Login

The Website and the Cosonify Mindpool mobile app use the same authentication, so if you already have an account, you can simply log into the app using that account.

Core functions

The app has two core functions:

1. Collect your ideas: You can record audio and text ideas and take pictures of things, that inspire you. With tagging and search, as well as a cloud backup, you'll never lose ideas again. These ideas are also available on the website.
2. The Whiteboards: You can access your project whiteboards from the mobile app and contribute to them.

The Mindpool

The mindpool is the one space for all your ideas. Tailored to the needs of musicians, it is a note-taking feature collection offering everything a musician needs. Available on your smartphone (on iOS and Android) you can use it to record sessions, hum in melodies, record some chords, type some lyrics on your way to work on the subway or take a picture of that graffiti you think is awesome.

Once you have recorded an idea, you can give it a name and add tags. The tags allow you to filter and search your ideas in the future - we have some default tags (vocals, lyrics etc.) and you can create your own.

In addition to having your ideas well organized and at your fingertips, they will also be available on the Whiteboard. Simply click the Mindpool button on the Whiteboard and it will bring up a list of your ideas. You can then contribute them to the current Whiteboard by clicking the "+".

For your convenience, we have also integrated an AI assistant into the text item that will help you write your lyrics faster. We're really looking forward to seeing all of you use these powerful tools and to hear your thoughts on the matter.

Projects

The App also has a projects tab where you can access the Whiteboards of your projects. This allows you to contribute to them quickly and to use the touch controls of your smartphone to interact with the Whiteboard in a modern and seamless way.
