If you are experiencing technical issues, please write to us at support@cosonify.org. Make sure to use the email address you are using for this account. If this is possible for you, you can also use the Feedback mechanism of the website to reach out to us (see below).

To give feedback, either use the feedback channel in our Discord, the feedback form of our website (use the "Feedback" button in the top-right corner of this Website) or give feedback about the mobile apps in the AppStore or PlayStore.

Learn about Cosonify

Learning new tools can be a challenge. We have included some short tutorials whenever you access a feature for the first time and some "?" buttons to help you get started. However, if this leaves any questions unanswered, we also offer this full documentation website with screenshots and videos to help you get started as easily as possible.

Our goal as a business and a team is to help people have fun and be productive when they make music. If we fail this mission or you see a way for us to improve our product, please let us know. While we cannot guarantee that we will follow every bit of advide or implement every feature that is requested, we do value your insight and we prioritize our work by the feedback of our community.
